Putnam Valley Central School District Appoints Interim HS Principal

On Aug. 19, the board of education appointed Vincent Burruano as acting high school principal for the coming year. He will replace Jonathan Bryant who resigned suddenly last June. Mr. Burruano recently retired as principal of the Peekskill High School. Putnam Valley Superintendent Dr. Marc Space said that Burruano “was recognized for his qualities of leadership . . . and will be an asset to the Putnam Valley School District.
