On Nov. 19, Haldane students donned their coziest pj’s and headed to the Poughkeepsie Barnes & Noble for an evening of story telling, sing-a-longs and a little holiday book buying to benefit the Haldane PTA.        Philipstown’s own children’s author, Jean Marzollo, creator of the popular I SPY series, among many others, was there to sign copies of her books.  This year she was joined by Pat Schories, author and illustrator of the popular Biscuit children’s books. Barnes & Noble donated a portion of the event sales to the Haldane PTA.  In addition, coupons were made available for those who were unable to attend.

  1. It was lovely to be included in the Haldane PTA pj-party and book signing. I’m happy to be living back in the area.
