The Cold Spring Village Board will hold its public information forum on the draft Comprehensive Plan on Tuesday, Feb. 15 — not on Wednesday, Feb. 9, as previously announced. The Feb. 15 meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 1 Chestnut St. (atop the lawn at the corner with the traffic light). The hall can accommodate a larger audience than the meeting room in the village headquarters. At the session, the board will present the draft plan and take questions from the public. Initially, the forum was slated for Feb. 1, when bad weather forced a postponement. The board then intended to hold it on Feb. 9, but a conflict arose with Philipstown’s public hearing on the rezoning law, slated for Feb. 9.
