Students attending HFFMCSD health fair

Recently, the Highland Falls-Fort Montgomery Central School District hosted a health fair at O’Neill High School. The health fair was designed to provide a direct link from the organizations to the students. Doug Fleming, an O’Neill graduate and now a student at the University of Georgia estimates that 300 students attended the event. Fleming, who graduated O’Neill in 2007, returned for an internship focused on expanding the District’s health and wellness activities. Part of that work was creation of the health fair.
The fair included 13 organizations from around Orange County including: the Mental Health Association of Orange County, Orange County Health Department, Middletown Community Health Center, and the Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center.
