Mondays through end of June

Taking inspiration from Boscobel’s serene views of the Hudson, the yoga program has begun again for the season, which is May, June and September. Stretch and pose and soak in the beauty of the spectacular site while doing so.  Taught by local instructor Ellen Forman, this class is geared towards all levels, beginner to expert. As a teacher, Ellen emphasizes the inward journey and the profound healing effects of yoga on the mind, body and spirit. Yoga’s numerous benefits include improved flexibility, endurance and strength.
Yoga at Boscobel takes place Monday evenings 6:00-7:15pm in May, June & September, as well as July 11 & 25. The walk-in rate is $17 ($15 for Friends of Boscobel members), and multi-class packages are available at a reduced rate of 10 classes for $140, 5 classes for $75. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mats and water. For more information, visit Boscobel.org or call 845-265-3638.
