Haldane Seniors Honored at Annual Scholastic Achievement Dinner

On Wednesday, May 25 three members of the Haldane High School Class of 2011 were honored by the Lower Hudson Council of School Superintendents at their Annual Carroll F. Johnson Scholastic Achievement Dinner in Tarrytown. Haldane’s honorees included Valedictorian, Tess Dul, Salutatorian, Paul Mackey and Opportunity Scholarship winner, Karen Lopez.
       The top two students from every high school in the region, along with a select winners of Scholastic Opportunity Scholarships, were honored at the dinner which featured political analyst, historian and author Jonathan Alter as keynote speaker. Superintendent Mark Villanti, Haldane High School principal, Brian Alm and Director of Special, Remedial, and Assessment Services Jennifer Wilson attended along with the students.
