New play structure for Tots Park
Through the generosity of the community and local organizations, including the Cold Spring Lions Club, the Tots Park will be getting a brand new play structure that meets current safety code and is ADA compliant.  The Friends of Tots Park received a significant discount from the company, but to save additional money they have opted to assemble and install it themselves with a “community build.”  Volunteers from the community are needed to help install the structure. There will be a paid licensed supervisor and detailed instructions. If you are handy and available to help, local kids will thank you for years to come.
The build will take place on Saturday, July 16, from 8 a.m. onwards. Friends of Tots Park emphasizes that any and all help is appreciated, even if you can only spare a couple of hours during the day. Organizers ask that you send them an email ([email protected]) saying when you will be available.
