The Little Stony Point Citizens Association presents its 17th Annual Hoot on the Hudson today (Sept. 11) from 1-6 p.m. An afternoon of live music and refreshments along the river will be sun-powered. The Hoot is free and all are welcome – plan on visiting our hiking trails and Irene-trashed beach while you’re here.
