The Cold Spring Area Chamber of Commerce (CSACC) will combine its board of directors election and holiday party on Thursday, Dec. 8, at 6:30 p.m. This year, in addition to election of board members, amendments to the CSACC by-laws will be on the ballot. Candidates for the four open board positions are: Katie Giachinta DeMarco, Robert Lomino, Bill Nugent, Vincent Tamagna and Buddy Traina.
Proposed amendments to the by-laws deal primarily with rewording of existing articles. The one new addition will allow board members to “participate in meetings by telephone or other communications equipment.”
Both events will take place at Cathryn’s Tuscan Grill at 91 Main St.
