World’s End Theatre, which produced The Seagull last season, will hols auditions for its spring production of William Congreve’s The Way of the World. Auditions will take place at the Philipstown Depot Theatre on Friday, Feb. 24 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. and on Saturday, Feb. 25, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Actors wishing to audition should sign up for Friday or Saturday, not both. In addition, auditioners are asked to read the directors production notes.
Rehearsals will begin no later than April 10, but may begin as early as March 13 (based on cast availability). Performances begin Friday May 4 through May 27 ( Fridays – Sundays for four weeks) with an option to extend for 1 or 2 weekends. This production will operate with a special appearance agreement with Actors Equity Association. To sign up, email the director, John Plummer, at [email protected]
