Mining Hearing Draws Large Crowd

The Philipstown Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on the increasingly controversial special mining permit application drew a standing room only crowd for the actual hearing.  While we prepare our report on the hearing, we present a video by Toby Shimin on an impromptu meeting that took place with Town Supervisor Richard Shea and all the interested citizens who could not get into the Town Hall hearing.
