Ladies’ Night benefits Relay for Life April 25
All Sport Health and Fitness in Fishkill presents upcoming events at their gym and around Fishkill this week. Thursday, April 25, is Ladies’ Night to support the American Cancer Society from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Villa Borghese, to benefit Relay for Life of Fishkill. All ladies are welcome to join a night of shopping, pampering, eating, drinking and gathering with friends. Over 30 vendors will be present, offering massage, jewelry, cosmetics, handbags, clothing, gifts, chocolates, healthy services and more. There will be a special performance by Belly Dancing by Sarah.
A $20 tax-deductible donation includes admission, hot and cold hors d’oeuvres, unlimited soft drinks, a raffle ticket for a gift basket, dessert and coffee, and a thank-you gift. The Group Exercise department at All Sport in Fishkill has been celebrating the spring launch of new Body Training Systems routines all week long. An open house is planned for Saturday, April 27. All are welcome to try out the new classes in All Sport’s new Studio One, at no charge. Group Step begins at 8 a.m., Group Power at 9:15 a.m., and Group Centergy (Yoga Fusion) at 10:30 a.m. Snacks, sunglasses, towels and water bottles are a few of the items that will be given away. Those participating in a class at the launch or during the week will be given a free ticket to be entered in a raffle with a chance to win larger prizes, including restaurant gift certificates.
