Rudolf Van Dommele of Hip Foto Factory in Cold Spring set up a camera and powerful flash in a small garage at the end of Parrott Street on Halloween night, welcoming all passersby to have their images preserved. “There’s something about a photo booth that inspires people to show their true colors,” he notes.
