All are welcome to Jazz Vespers from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, at the First Presbyterian Church of Philipstown. Rob Scheps, soprano sax and flute, will be joined by Tom McCoy on piano, and special guest John Stowell on guitar. Stowell is a world-class jazz guitarist from Portland, Ore.
