Thank you to all the volunteers and sponsors who made the 1st Annual Philipstown Winter Carnival such a success. Hundreds turned out at both Philipstown Recreation and the Hudson Highlands Land Trust to enjoy a day outdoors. We could not have done this without the partnership with HHLT, the Friends of Philipstown Recreation, and our local volunteer fire departments. We’re already discussing plans for 2015!
