Learn on May 13 How to Avoid Fraud and Scams

Learn from a representative from the People’s United Bank, as they discuss such topics as safeguarding against identity theft, avoiding Internet scams, and avoiding telephone scams. The program will be held at the Howland Public Library from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13. Learn how to avoid becoming a victim of fraud and scams.
