The scale model of the mixed-use development planned for the site of the former Butterfield Hospital will be on display as part of a Cold Spring Historic District Review Board public hearing, Wednesday, April 22, 8 p.m. at the firehouse on Main Street. The hearing will receive comments regarding the development as it relates to village character.
The model can also be viewed at the Village Hall, 85 Main Street from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 18 and from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday April 20 through Wednesday, April 22.
