Driver declines medical aid

Garrison Volunteer Fire Company responded on Saturday morning (June 6) to an overturned car going north on Route 9. Traffic was kept moving slowly north and south, then the road was closed while the tow truck removed the car. The road is now open. North Highland responded in mutual aid.
