The Outdoor Discovery Center at the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum in Cornwall will host an “I Spy” Halloween trail from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31 and Sunday, Nov. 1.
Children are invited to search for objects, including animal artifacts such as bones and skulls, hidden along the trail. Those who locate them all will earn a prize. The center also will have snakes and spiders for viewing and Halloween crafts.
The center is located on Muser Drive opposite 174 Angola Road. (For directions, visit hhnaturemuseum.org.) Trail admission is $7 for children ages 2-14 ($5 for museum members) and free for visitors age 15 and older. For more information, call 845-534-5506, ext. 204.
