Clinic set for place Nov. 7 in Patterson

The Putnam County Department of Health is sponsoring a free rabies vaccination clinic for dogs, cats and ferrets from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7 in Patterson. It will be held at the Brook Farm Veterinary Center at Routes 22 and 164.

A photo ID showing residency in Putnam County is required, as well as proof of prior rabies vaccination (a tag is not sufficient) for a three-year vaccine. (Pets without proof of vaccination will receive a one-year vaccine.) All dogs must be leashed and controlled, and cats and ferrets must be in carriers.
