Lunch with Santa available before two performances

The Beacon High School theater group, known as the Beacon Players, will sing its way through the story of Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey from an embittered, ungenerous creature into a giving, caring human being during three performances of a musical adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol.

Showtimes are 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 4, and 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5, and Sunday, Dec. 6. Tickets, $12 for adults and $5 for children and senior citizens, are available at the door or at beaconplayers.com. For information, phone 845-838-6900, ext. 3420. The Saturday and Sunday shows are preceded at noon by a lunch with Santa. The cost is $8 per person and limited to 50 guests per day. Email [email protected] for reservations.
