Robert A. McCaffrey Realty and the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival have exchanged offices across from one another on Main Street in Cold Spring. McCaffrey is now located at 140 Main, while HSVF can be found at 143 Main.
McCaffrey Realty had occupied its offices at 143 Main for more than 40 years. The firm also this week named Bill Hussung as managing agent; McCaffrey said he wants to spend more time focusing on the big picture. The McCaffrey staff will hold an open house and wine reception in its new location from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 5.
