Half Moon Theatre offers playful cuisine
Half Moon Theatre will present its sixth annual Ten-Minute Play Festival on March 11 to 13 at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. Each of the eight participating playwrights (seven of whom live in the Hudson Valley) was given a dish to “dish” about in their play, and each staged reading will be followed by a tasting prepared by CIA chefs for audiences after the Friday and Saturday shows. (The Sunday matinee will not include a post-show reception.)
The plays will be performed at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 11, and Saturday, March 12, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13. Tickets are $45 each ($40 for seniors) for Friday and Saturday, which includes the reception at 10 p.m., and $25 for Sunday. All performances take place at the Marriott Theatre Pavilion.
