Museum to lead “rigorous” hike

A guide from the Hudson Highlands Nature Museum will lead a rigorous, four-hour hike on Storm King Mountain at noon on Sunday, April 10. The hike is geared to adults and children ages 12 and older. Prepaid registration is required; the fee is $7, or $5 for museum members. To register, visit hhnm.org or call 845-534-5506 ext. 204.

Hikers will  meet at the trailhead off Route 218; directions will be sent closer to the event. Wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers for the unpredictable early spring weather and bring water and a snack.
