Expect Copter Noise on April 16

The U.S. Military Academy at West Point will be conducting helicopter training from 7:30 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 16, which will create noise. Area residents also should expect noise from April 22 to 24 during the the inter-service parachute competition.
