Depot Theatre will present show in July

The Philipstown Depot Theatre will hold auditions for teen performers from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, for a production of the musical Damn Yankees to be performed at the theater July 28 to 31. Everyone who auditions will have a role in the production.

The musical theater production workshop includes acting and dance instruction by director Katie Bissinger and actor Jenn Lee and vocal instruction by Linda Speziale. The show also will feature accompaniment by pianist Paul Heckert, set design and lights by Donald Kimmel and costumes befitting a baseball team and 1950s guys and gals. Rehearsals begin June 27, and tuition is $495.
