Sessions set for Monday nights

Quinn’s in Beacon has announced the performers for its Monday jazz sessions in August. Each performance begins at 9 p.m.

Aug. 1: Rebecca Coupe Franks Quartet, with Franks (trumpet), Mark Dziuba (guitar), John Menegon (bass) and Dave Berger (drums).

Aug. 8: Tomchess’ Bandit Hat Quartet, with Tomchess (oud / ney / morsing  /compositions), Kenny Warren (trumpet), Will McEvoy (bass) and Dan Kurfirst (percussion).

Aug. 15: Pete McCann Quartet, with McCann (guitar); Loren Stillman (alto saxophone), Matt Clohesy (bass) and Mark Ferber (drums).

Aug. 22: Antonin Fajt Group, with Fajt (keyboards/samples), Dean Sharp (drums) and others to be determined.

Aug. 29: Billy Mintz Quartet, with Mintz (drums), Tony Malaby and John Gross (tenor saxophones), Roberta Piket (keyboards) and Hilliard Greene (bass).

The Tony DePaolo Trio will perform each Wednesday in August.
