Former federal prosecutor Ronald D. Brown, now an author, will share “Insider Tips on Writing for the Non-Fiction Market” at 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 18, at the Howland Public Library in Beacon. Brown will explain how to narrow your focus, keep readers interested and organize your research.
