Camille Linson (D) defeated Faye Thorpe (R) for Philipstown Town Justice by a margin of 55 percent to 45 percent, according to unofficial results posted Nov. 8 by the Putnam County Board of Elections. Linson received 2,678 votes and Thorpe 2,155.
