The Putnam County Department of Health is offering flu shots on Tuesday, Dec. 6 from 2 to 6:30 p.m. The flu vaccine is free for anyone 65 and older or with a Medicare card and $25 for everyone else. Residents must be 18 years old and a vaccine form is available for download at putnamcountyny.com.

Forms are also available on-site. Vaccines are given at the department’s offices in Brewster at 1 Geneva Road. Call 845-808-1390 for more information.
