Art galleries mount new shows

Gallery 66 NY at 66 Main St. will open A Festival of Art on Friday, Dec. 2 with a reception from 6 to 9 p.m. The show includes gifts such as ornaments, pottery, jewelry and chairs created by 20 artists, as well as small paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics and collage by Judith Kepner Rose, Carla Goldberg and other gallery artists. The show will be on view until Dec. 24 and the gallery is open Thursday to Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.

The Buster Levi Gallery on 121 Main St. will open a group show with works by six artists with a reception on Dec. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. The work includes paintings and woodcut prints. The artists showing are Vincent Baldassano, Bill Kooistra, Martee Levi, Eric Erickson, Maria Pia Marrella and Ursula Schneider. The show will be on view until Dec. 31 and the gallery is open Friday to Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
