Friday, Nov. 18

11 a.m. – Caller on Talbot Avenue reported packages stolen from porch.

4 p.m. – Caller into headquarters reported receiving threatening messages on computer.

4:40 p.m. – After numerous reports of packages stolen on Willow Street, Naszhonique Johnson-Marsh, 22, of Beacon, charged with criminal possession of stolen property. Desha Epps, 20, of Beacon, charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

Friday, Nov. 19

2:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Eliza Street, Alaina Cancel, 31, of Wallkill, charged with driving while intoxicated and wrong way on one-way street.

3:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Rock Hill Road, Miles Keenlyside, 27, of Wappingers Falls, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding, driving while intoxicated and refusal of prescreen testing.

Saturday, Nov. 20

1:50 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Theresa Tompkins, 25, of Poughkeepsie, charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to obey traffic control device.

2:45 p.m. – Caller into headquarters reported threatening text messages.

Sunday, Nov. 21

7:30 a.m. – Caller on East Main Street reported damage to vehicle.

7:35 a.m. –Ramiro Martinez, 43, of Hyde Park, charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

6:15 p.m. – Caller on East Main Street reported damage to vehicle.

8:30 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Tompkins Avenue, Naszhonique Johnson-Marsh, 22, of Beacon, charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to comply with lawful order, missing or expired insurance, failure to signal a turn, falsely used/altered license and registration, missing or expired inspection certificate and equipment violations. Wednesday, Nov. 23

3:45 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Alyia Walker, 30, of Beacon, was charged with imitation/counterfeit inspection certificate and possession of marijuana.

Thursday, Nov. 24

12:45 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Michael Zoldak, 36, of Newburgh was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding.

3:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Carlee Hirt, 23, of Austell Georgia, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, passing in a No Passing zone and driving on or across sidewalks.

Saturday, Nov. 26

12:15 a.m. – Douglas Zukowski, 48, of Beacon, was charged with assault.

2:20 a.m. – After a report of a suspicious auto on Fishkill Avenue, David Mchayle, 26, of Peekskill, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and possession of marijuana. Christopher Barger, 25, of Cortlandt Manor, was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and driving while intoxicated.

Sunday, Nov. 27

1 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Kirk Reimer, 45, of Hopewell, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to signal a turn.

3 a.m. – Zachary Theise, 26, of Fishkill, was picked up and processed on a warrant out of this city on charges of criminal mischief and obstructing governmental administration.

Monday, Nov. 28

12:50 a.m. – Luis Rodriguez-Rivera, 23, of Beacon, was picked up on an active warrant out of City of Newburgh

9 p.m. – Caller into headquarters reported receiving threatening text messages.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

5:45 p.m. – Caller on Catherine Street reported wallet with credit cards and driver’s license taken from vehicle.

Wednesday, Nov. 30

1 a.m. – A robbery was reported on Main Street; investigation continuing.

7:45 a.m. – Caller on Franklin Avenue reported cash and a camera stolen from vehicle.
