The St. Philip’s choir will perform a Christmas music program on Sunday, Dec. 11 during a shortened worship service at the Garrison church that begins at 10:30 a.m. A Ceremony of Carols was composed by Benjamin Britten in 1942 and is based on 15th- and 16th-century poems written in Middle English and Latin.
The soloists are Madeleine DeNitto, Kimberly Hiss, Friedrike Merck and Terry Platz. Durward Entrekin will conduct.
