Learn what it takes to run your own business. The Howland Public Library is offering a free program for women who want to start their own small business and have questions about how to get started. A representative from the Women’s Enterprise Development Center will present Path to Entrepreneurship on Tuesday, Jan. 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
