Center hosts artists from 12 schools

The Garrison Art Center will open its annual School Invitational Theme Exhibition and Mentor Program on Saturday, March 4, with a reception from 3 to 5 p.m. With the assistance of mentors, students from 12 schools, including Haldane, Garrison and the Beacon district, addressed the theme “iconoPOP!” using the media, politics, social issues and the economy.

The show will be on display until March 12. See garrisonartcenter.org.
