Friday, March 10

12:25 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, David Garrett, 42, of Beacon, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to signal a turn.

1:30 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Spring Valley Street, Ralph Mattricion, 23, of Beacon, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, refusal of prescreen test and speeding.

3:15 p.m. – Justin Pogact, 30, of Poughkeepsie, was picked up and processed on two active warrants out of this city.

Saturday, March 11

1:50 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Schenck Avenue, Joseph Labelle, 20, of Beacon, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, speeding, failure to obey a traffic-control device and possession of marijuana.

2 p.m. – After a traffic stop on East Main Street, Kelly Meeker, 50, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence and failure to stop at a stop sign.

2 p.m. – After an auto crash on North Avenue, Amanda Baran, 20, of Fishkill was charged with possession of marijuana.

8:30 p.m. – Pablito Pinero, 25, of Beacon was picked up on an active warrant out City of Newburgh.

11:20 p.m. – Fight reported on Main Street.

Monday, March 13

8:45 a.m. – After an incident on Fishkill Avenue, Alex Dixon, 58, of Beacon was charged with assault in the second degree.

10:15 a.m. – Tekeya Walker, 26, of Poughkeepsie was processed on an active warrant out of this city.

4:30 p.m. – After an incident on Mill Street, Arnaldo Santiago, 31, of Beacon was charged with assault in the third degree, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief.

Tuesday, March 14

1 p.m. – After a report of a disorderly individual on Fishkill Avenue, Anthony Lopergalo, 38, of Millbrook was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operation of a motor vehicle by unlicensed driver.

Wednesday, March 15

10:30 a.m. – After an auto crash on West Church Street, Andy Espinal, 26, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver.

Thursday, March 16

12:15 p.m. – Report of a hit-and-run crash on Route 9D.

4:30 p.m. – Report of a hit-and-run crash on Main Street.

6:30 p.m. – Burglary reported on Church Street. Investigation continuing.

Friday, March 17

12:30 p.m. – Attempted burglary reported on Church Street.

6:50 p.m. – Caller into headquarters reported harassing texts from former employee.

7:30 p.m. – Robert Figueroa, 30, of Newburgh was picked up and processed on an active bench warrant out of this city.

Saturday, March 18

12:55 a.m. – After a traffic stop, Samantha Gardener, 25, of Wappingers Falls was charged with driving under the influence.

Sunday, March 19

2:05 a.m. – A caller on Boyce Street reported a suspicious person looking into vehicles.

3:40 p.m. – Caller on Main Street reported graffiti on building.

Monday, March 20

1:44 p.m. – After an incident on Main Street, Roger Grissett, 52, of Beacon was charged with menacing.

2:15 p.m. – Keisean Spencer, 18, of Fishkill was processed on an active bench warrant out of this city.

Tuesday, March 21

3:40 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Malcolm Shell-Bennett, 21, of Poughkeepsie was charged with possession of marijuana.

5 p.m. – Caller into headquarters reported violation of order of protection.

10:10 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Dejon Staples, 21, of New Windsor was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operation of motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, possession of marijuana and failure to signal a turn.

Thursday, March 23

4:30 p.m. – Larceny reported on Wolcott Avenue. Investigation continuing.
