The right-hander pitched three scoreless innings in the Bulldogs’ season opener on April 3, a 4-4 tie at Tappan Zee in a game called due to darkness. The junior struck out eight batters and gave up no hits.
“Lenny is a hard thrower with a very good change-up, and he has now developed a cutter,” said Coach Bobby Atwell.
