Fundraiser will purchase equipment
The Haldane Blue Devils Touchdown Club will host its second annual golf outing at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 9, at the Beekman Country Club to raise funds for equipment and the rental of lights for night games. Last year the club raised more than $15,000. This year the group hopes to purchase an end-zone camera in a joint effort with the lacrosse team to provide aerial views of games and practices.
The outing is a four-person shotgun and costs $125 per person, which includes a cart, a light lunch and prizes. The club is located at 11 Country Club Road in Hopewell Junction. For information, call Coach Ryan McConville at 845-453-3860 or email [email protected].
