Upsets Pawling, 3-2, but falls to Pine Plains in next round
Haldane, seeded No. 3 in Section 1, Class C teams, upset top-seeded Pawling, 3-2, on May 26, in the state high school softball tournament.
The Blue Devils fell in the next round on June 1 to Section 9 champion, Pine Plains, 14-0, to finish the season at 15-9.
