10 a.m. – Property damage and money reported stolen from business on Fishkill Avenue. Investigation continuing.

11 a.m. – Dakaira Royall, 24, of Wappingers Falls was processed on a warrant.

Saturday, June 17

2 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Verplanck Avenue, Maxwell Mosley, 24, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

2:30 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported medication stolen.

9 p.m. – Caller on Bayview Avenue reported a burglary.

10:30 p.m. – Hit-and-run crash reported on Railroad Drive.

Sunday, June 18

2:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop, Shane Towles, 27, of Fort Myers, Florida, was charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding.

9:50 a.m. – A caller on First Street reported damage to vehicle.

1:15 p.m. – After a report of a suspicious auto on Talbot Avenue, Laurianna Fortner, 47, of Greenwich, Connecticut, was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWAI-Drugs, refusal of prescreen and failure to yield right of way.

4:15 p.m. – Caller on Roundtree Court reported items missing from vehicle.

Monday, June 19

8:45 a.m. – Caller reported unknown subject entered a shed on Dia:Beacon property.

1 p.m. – Caller on Russell Avenue reported tires on vehicle slashed.

Tuesday, June 20

8 a.m. – Caller on Main Street reported black Kona Humuhumu urban/mountain style bike stolen.

8:40 a.m. – Caller on Fishkill Avenue reported money missing from residence.

10:30 a.m. – Caller on Mattewan Road reported blue Schwinn mountain bike was taken from in front of the high school.

10:30 a.m. – Caller on Main Street reported mint green mountain bike model Retrospec type Venus taken.

6 p.m. – Ryan Manzi, 25, of Wappingers Falls was charged with criminal mischief.

Wednesday, June 21

1:10 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Hongling Li, 46, of Wappingers Falls was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, unsafe lane change and not wearing a seat belt.

8 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Wolcott Avenue, James Oneill, 40, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, refusal of prescreen, operation of motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, circumvention of interlock device, suspended registration and not wearing a seat belt. Evey Trautman, 37, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana.

Thursday, June 22

3:20 p.m. – Michelle Pisani, 38, of Peekskill was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection.

3:45 p.m. – An assault was reported on Tioronda Avenue.

Friday, June 23

1:30 p.m. – An attempted burglary was reported on Main Street.

7:30 p.m. – After a traffic stop on North Elm Street, Russell Kotal, 70, of Beacon was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Saturday, June 24

3 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Teller Avenue, Andrew Musco, 26, of Newburgh was charged with driving while intoxicated and DWAI-Drugs.

11:45 a.m. – A hit-and-run crash was reported on Route 9D.

6:35 p.m. – John Lent, 59, of Beacon and Atrayu Felix, 20, of Beacon were each charged with assault and stalking.

Sunday, June 25

12:20 a.m. – An attempted burglary was reported on Victor Road.

2:45 p.m. – A hit-and-run crash was reported on Fishkill Avenue.

4:30 p.m. – Nicholas LaBarbera, 38, of Beacon, was charged with one count of felony criminal sex act after a Staten Island woman called police. The woman was treated for injuries at a hospital outside of Dutchess County. LaBarbera was held at Dutchess County Jail on $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.

Monday, June 26

12:45 a.m. – Caller on Liberty Street reported damage to vehicle.

1 a.m. – Brian Gray, 46, of Beacon and a 16-year-old male from Beacon were each charged with possession of marijuana.

1:15 p.m. – A hit-and-run crash was reported on Main Street.

4:40 p.m. – A caller on Main Street reported money stolen and harassment.

Tuesday, June 27

7:35 p.m. – A caller on Commerce Street reported damage to property and vehicles.

8:35 p.m. – After a report of a disorderly individual on Main Street, August Ryerson, 38, of Richmond Hill was charged with petit larceny.
