Sample what the colonists ate

As part of the Week of Revolution, the Putnam History Museum will host a program called A Bite of History on Saturday, Sept. 2, from 2 to 5 p.m. with homemade, Revolutionary War-era food. There will also be trivia and children’s activities.

Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children; or free for members. The museum is located at 63 Chestnut St. in Cold Spring.
