11:20 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Davis Street, Carl Mimms, 45, of Beacon was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Friday, Nov. 3
3:15 a.m. – Raheem Weir, 27, of Newburgh was processed on a warrant.
2 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported a stolen check.
Saturday, Nov. 4
1:15 a.m. – An assault was reported on North Brett Street.
6:20 p.m. – A caller on South Avenue reported mail stolen from mailbox.
Sunday, Nov. 5
2 p.m. – After a report of a suspicious person on West Center Street, a 17-year-old male from Beacon was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

9:45 a.m. – Caller to headquarters reported credit card fraud.
1:35 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported credit card fraud.
7 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported being harassed at work. Both parties spoken to.
Monday, Nov. 7
1:50 a.m. – After a traffic stop on North Avenue, Colin Winters, 24, of Fishkill was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding and refusal of prescreen.
2:30 a.m. – After a report of a disorderly individual on Main Street, Nurud-Din Muhammad, 21, of New York City was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental administration.
7:45 a.m. – Caller on Creek Road reported damage to construction site.

4 p.m. – Assault reported on Church Street.
Thursday, Nov. 9
5:15 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Teller Avenue, Andre Davis, 41, of Fishkill was charged with possession of marijuana, failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and failure to signal a turn.
6 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported harassment.
Friday, Nov. 10
1 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Cliff Street, Jose Velez, 49, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, no seat belts, aggravated driving while intoxicated, operation of motor vehicle by unlicensed driver and failure to signal a turn.
10:30 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Andrew Moloney, 23, of Wappingers Falls was charged with failure to signal a turn and possession of marijuana. Darrian Webber, 23, of Beacon was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Colinscott Runion, 22, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana.
Saturday, Nov. 11
3:30 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Jermaine Dorey, 26, of Mahopac was picked up on an arrest warrant out of U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. He was also charged with resisting arrest and speeding.
11:30 a.m. – A burglary was reported on Slocum Road.
1 p.m. – Caller on North Avenue reported damage to windows.

12:50 p.m. – A burglary was reported on Monell Place.
Monday, Nov. 13
3:30 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Fishkill Avenue, Kavon Thompson, 27, of Beacon was charged with speeding and possession of marijuana.
10:15 a.m. – Eugene Lane, 32, of New York City was charged with criminal mischief and intention damage to property.
1 p.m. – Jonathan Sierra-Maldonado was charged with petit larceny.
10:22 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Churchill Street, Forever Williams, 19, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana.
