Selection incidents from Dec. 1 to Dec. 14

Officers responded to 569 calls, including 13 auto crashes, 12 domestic disputes and six welfare checks.

Friday, Dec. 1

2:45 a.m. – Issac Dixon, 20, of Beacon was picked up and processed on a warrant.

9:15 a.m. – Vehicle reported stolen out of Poughkeepsie was recovered on Bank Street.

9:30 a.m. – Caller into headquarters reported being harassed. Both parties spoken to.

1 p.m. – After an auto crash on Teller Avenue, Alena Taggart, 23, of Cold Spring was charged with driving while intoxicated, criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, attempted escape, tampering with physical evidence, driving on shoulders and slopes and DWAI –Drugs. Sabrina Palumbo, 19, of Phillipstown was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

1:15 p.m. – Shadoe Jones, 24, of Hurley was processed on an active warrant.

2 p.m. – After a call to Municipal Plaza, Dorean McCoy, 21, of Newburgh was charged with criminal contempt and aggravated unlicensed operation.

4 p.m. – Caller on Cliff Street reported items missing from vehicle.

7 p.m. – A burglary was reported on North Chestnut Street.

Saturday, Dec. 2

12:35 a.m. – A fight was reported on North Chestnut Street. Shaquan Willis, 23, of Beacon was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.

12:45 a.m. – After a call to Colonial Road, Ty-Rhek Sellers, 22, of Beacon was charged with criminal mischief.

8 a.m. – A burglary was reported on Main Street.

7:15 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Derek Taylor, 56, of Campbell Hall was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcoholic beverages, unsafe lane change and passing off traveled portion of roadway.

8:15 p.m. – A caller on Robinson Street reported package taken from porch.

Sunday, Dec. 3

12:15 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Cross Street, Keith Lindsey, 31, of Poughkeepsie was charged with disorderly conduct.

Monday, Dec. 4

9:30 a.m. – A burglary was reported on Henry Street.

5:30 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Ogochukwu Akabalu, 30 of Brentwood was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

8 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Ryan Korzekwinski, 21, of Beacon was charged with possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Wednesday, Dec. 6

11 a.m. – Sabrina Palumbo, 19, of Phillipstown was processed on an active warrant.

2:15 p.m. – Anna McLaughlin, 37 of Niagara Falls, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

3:20 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Schenck Avenue, Michael Stewart, 50, of Beacon was charged with falsifying business records, criminal possession of a controlled substance and false personation.

8 p.m. – After a call to Main Street, Joshua Munoz, 42, of Beacon was charged with assault.

8:15 p.m. – Caller to headquarters reported being verbally harassed by neighbor.

Thursday, Dec. 7

12:30 a.m. – After an auto crash on Spring Valley Street, Corey Adams, 28, of Beacon was charged with falsely reporting an incident, operation of motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, unreasonable speed, leaving the scene of an auto accident , aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right.

Friday, Dec. 8

7:11 a.m. – Danielle Arcejohnson, 29, of Beacon was picked up and processed on an active warrant.

3:55 p.m. – A fight was reported on Main Street.

7 p.m. – Caller from Metro-North parking lot reported harassment during custody exchange. Exchange will be conducted in Police Department parking lot.

Saturday, Dec. 9

1:30 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Beth Evans, 27, of Beacon was charged with speeding and possession of marijuana. Lara Usifer, 22, of Wappingers Falls was charged with possession of marijuana.

2:30 a.m. – After a traffic stop on Route 9D, Trevor Bauer, 24, of Newburgh was charged with speeding and driving while intoxicated.

8 a.m. – Tyshaun Powe, 33, of Beacon was charged with petit larceny.

8:30 a.m. – Caller on DeWindt Street reported side window of business smashed.

10:20 a.m. – Caller to headquarters reported ongoing harassment.

11:30 a.m. – Caller on James Street reported money missing from residence.

1 p.m. – Caller on DePuyster Avenue reported vehicle damaged a fence and left the scene.

4 p.m. – Caller on Vine Street reported Specialized Rockhopper mountain bike stolen from garage.

Monday, Dec. 11

9:15 a.m. – Caller on West Center Street reported damage to vehicle.

1:45 p.m. – After a call to Forrestal Heights, Tariq Robinson, 19, of Poughkeepsie was charged with two counts of possession of marijuana. Gabriel Torres, 20, and Everton Watson, 20, both of Beacon, were charged with loitering for marijuana/controlled substance.

5 p.m. – After a traffic stop on Main Street, Gerald Falco, 39, of Poughkeepsie was charged with driving while intoxicated, operation of motor vehicle by unlicensed driver, unsafe backing and parking violations.

6:50 p.m. – A bank robbery reported on Main Street.

Tuesday, Dec. 12

9:45 p.m. – After a call to Colonial Road, Frank Grady, 28, of Beacon was charged with criminal mischief.

Wednesday, Dec. 13

9 a.m. – NaShawn Taylor, 26, of Beacon was processed on an active warrant.

Thursday, Dec. 14

1:15 p.m. – Anthony Marotta, 25, of Poughkeepsie was processed on an active warrant.

2 p.m. – Allison Moloney, 31, of Wappingers Falls was processed on an active warrant.
