Karen Doyle to address policy and planning

Karen Doyle of Cold Spring has joined the Hudson Highlands Land Trust in Garrison as its first manager of public policy and planning.

An attorney, Doyle has worked with non-profits and governmental law offices and served on the Cold Spring Planning Board, Special Board for a Comprehensive Plan and Local Waterfront Revitalization Plan, and Code Update Committee.
