Eve Madalengoitia from the Campaign for New York Health will visit a meeting of the Southern Dutchess branch of the NAACP on Thursday, March 15, to discuss details of the proposed New York Health Act, which would provide universal coverage to state residents.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Springfield Baptist Church in Beacon.
