Talk to address Beacon history
Mackie Rondon, owner of Rondon Supplies for Footwear, will speak at the Howland Public Library in Beacon at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 21, about Beacon’s legacy of hat manufacturing, trends in hat styles and how the materials used can impact the environment.
Rondon is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, where she studied footwear and millinery.
