Francheska Perepletchikova

Psychologist to discuss symptoms in children and teens

Francheska Perepletchikova, an assistant professor of psychology in psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine, will speak on Tuesday, May 8, at the Haldane School on mood disorders in children and adolescents. The 90-minute program, which takes place in the band room, was arranged by the Haldane-Garrison PTA Learning Differences Committee.

Perepletchikova works with children and adolescents with severe affective instability, disruptive behavior problems, trauma-related psychopathology, depression and  self-harm  behaviors. She is founder and director of the Youth-Dialectical Behavior Therapy Program.
