FLAGS TO REMEMBER — On Memorial Day, local Boy Scouts and their parents and grandparents, as well as members of the Philipstown Cemetery Committee, placed flags on the graves of veterans at the Mountain Avenue and Cedar Street cemeteries in Cold Spring.
