Two vehicles were damaged on South Street in a hit and run.

After a report of a fight on Main Street, Tasad Messiah Kennerly, 21, of Poughkeepsie was charged with disorderly conduct.

Saturday, Sept. 1

After a report of a suspicious auto in Riverfront Park, Tracy L. Gayle, 51, of Newburgh was charged with possession of marijuana.

Monday, Sept. 3

Ivan Andres Medina, 23, of Beacon was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, identity theft and possession of marijuana.

Caller on Fishkill Avenue reported bike stolen.

Caller on Sargent Avenue reported eggs being thrown at her home.

Tuesday, Sept. 4

Bryan R. Fitzgibbons, 35, of Beacon was charged with open container of alcohol and possession of marijuana.

After a 911 call from Overlook Avenue, officers responded to find individuals having a verbal altercation. Report taken.

Wednesday, Sept. 5

Luis A. Rodriguez-Rivera was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Amir R. Gaffney, 39, of Newark, New Jersey, was charged with menacing.

A caller on Dennings Avenue reported a stolen license plate.

Friday, Sept. 7

Tasad Messiah Kennerly, 21, of Beacon was charged with assault and possession of marijuana.

After an auto crash on Teller Avenue, Joseph J. Istvan, 20, of Beacon was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and possession of marijuana.

Caller reported damage to her front door from someone trying to enter the building. Reports of individuals loitering in the area.

Saturday, Sept. 8

After a report of a disturbance in North Avenue, Mary Kate Fisher was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

After a report of a fight on Fishkill Avenue, Davonte S. Gibson, 26, of Beacon was charged with assault.

Sunday, Sept. 9

After a report of a disorderly individual on Main Street, Emmanuel Ramos, 29, was charged with exposure of a person.

Officers responded to a fire alarm activation on Matteawan Road, where they found a building filled with smoke. The occupants were evacuated and Beacon firefighters extinguished the fire.

Tuesday, Sept. 11

Caller on South Avenue reported an individual who hacked into her computer was trying to extort money.

Wednesday, Sept. 12

Officers responded to a fight on Main Street.

New York State Police troopers arrested two men who were charged with attempting to introduce controlled narcotics into Fishkill Correctional Facility. Kennard Blount, 40, of New Windsor, was charged with three felonies and John E. Walden, 66, of the Bronx, was charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor. Police say Walden attempted to smuggle 30 units of Suboxone into the facility that had been supplied by Blount.

Thursday, Sept. 13

Caller reported unauthorized charges found on credit card statement.

Heather L. Morgan, 35, of Beacon was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly violating a court order.

Keith B. Harris, 38, of Poughkeepsie was picked up on a bench warrant.
