County says restaurant has $70K profit
Putnam County officials say Tilly’s Table, the restaurant and event venue at the Putnam County-owned Tilly Foster Farm and Educational Institute in Brewster, has generated nearly $70,000 in profit for the county in the first six months of the year.
The county expects Tilly’s Table to generate $660,000 in annual revenue for 2018, which is $380,000 more than officials say was expected. The restaurant and venue is run in partnership with Homestyle Caterers. It hosted its first wedding in July, county officials said.
